Time for Lime-Cooking School!

While on Ko Lanta, we stumbled upon a gem of a place, Time for Lime Cooking School. OH MY GOODNESS....we learned so much! Not only theory but HOW TO DO IT! And if we can so ourselves, the meals that we prepared have been the best thus far! Coconut Lime Soup, Fish Cakes, Holy Basil Stir Fry. Yes, we will be hosting some cooking nights upon return to Portland! We were told that with our new-found skills, we could open up our own restaurant. Not sure if we'll take THAT on but at least we know that wherever we find ourselves, we can have a bit of Thailand with us always, at least in our cuisine! I jumped over my fear of the kitchen and we both tackled the variety of Thai peppers on our tongues. Junee, the owner is quite an amazing entrepreneur.
